Some advice from those of you who have done this...normally when making MMF, I add the color when I take them out of the microwave. For marbeling, how/when do I add color? I want to marbel with egg yolk yellow and a brown...how would I do this?

for marbling, you have to complete the recipe to get white MMF, then add your color and knead until you *almost* get the effect you want and then try not to work it too much after that or you'll lose it.

I agree with themsmykids -
I have ruined the effect my over kneading. knead the white first until its soft. then add the color you want, and barely knead it b/c it works in as you roll out too.
