I need to make a white icing this weekend and am using 3/4 Crisco 1/4 butter and wondered how it would taste to add 2 cups of white ganache to the icing. Will it change the texture? Will it still crust for piping? I made Toba Garrett's chocolate buttercream which includes two cups of chcolate ganache and it was heavenly and wanted to recreate the same thing but in white. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Sounds yummy!
I really don't know, I'm just a beginner but I'd think if your chocolate bc worked I don't see why the white chocolate one wouldn't.
I say try it and let us know how it works icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

LOL! Thanks, I just didn't want to be the guinea pig this time out! Okay, I will be brave and try it...if it doesn't work I can always make a filling out of it. Thanks for the support thumbs_up.gif
