Where Do You Order Your Pettinice Or Chocopan From?

I am doing a Cowboy Hat grooms cake in about 3 weeks and was wondering where you all order your chocolate brown pettinice and chocopan from? They want brown so that is why chocolate? Can't be fondant.... they hated it! Any help would be great!
Also any suggestions on how much I should order to cover the hat and make the brim show in the tutorial on the 1st page?
