I've made up a batch of sugar cookie dough but I'm not making the cookies until tomorrow. What's the best way to store the dough until then? Wrap in plastic and refrigerate? Freeze?
Thanks!

Refrigerate should be fine. It will take it a while to warm up enough to cut. I like to make the dough ahead of time, cut them and layer them between wax paper, wrap all in plastic wrap and then foil and freeze them. When I need a few all I have to do is remove the number I need and put the rest back into the freezer. Quiet a time saver.
