Cake Tarts With Left Overs?

I have read a few suggestions on here for left over cake. I was wondering if any of you have tried cake tarts?? My grandfather came over from Holland and was a baker. He still makes tarts with his left over cake. I think they taste yummy, and was wondering if anyone has posted a recipe for this already, or if I should!! thanks icon_biggrin.gif
