I've been looking through the pics of the Oklahoma Sugar Art Show... and on the tables infront of the cakes is a container that looks like money in it?? what's this all about? a donation to the cake decorators?
There is a post about this somewhere titled silly question that I read last night. Someone said that they are for donations and whoever gets the most money wins some kind of award and then all the money goes to a charity
It's the people's choice award and how it works is, whoever has the most money in their box wins the people's choice. The event sponsors get the money and it is my understanding that it is donated to charity.
