Well, I went in today with my son to get my WIC checks and the lady at the counter saw my "Wilton Instructor" pin that I keep on my purse... she asked if I do cakes and I showed her my book... she went NUTS! She had all the ladies in the office look at the book and now they all want to order cakes from me! I explained how I don't have a seperate kitchen so I'm not really "legal" be doing it and they didn't care! So I guess I won't have any issues with the health department over my cakes... one of them said she's calling me next month for a cake for her son's birthday in October... whoo hoo!
