Teardrop Border?

I'm not sure what this particular border is called, but it almost looks like a teardrop. Can anyone tell me how this is done?

It would depend on the size of the tear drop but use a round tip like tip 2 or 3. Hold bag at 45 angle and squeeze until you get the size drop you want, then slowly pull in the direction you want (i.e. if you want it to look like it is falling then hold bag at 45 angle up and pull up) slowly easing off of the bag. Then release and pull away, this should form a nice point. I hope this helps and is what you are looking for.
