I need to give a coworker a quote for an 11x15 in sheet cake, no filling. The cake will probably be covered in white with black fondant (like a cow). Also how much would you charge for fondant figures? I might do some cow ones?
This is all new to me. I have never charged for a cake before. I tried the price matrix and was a little confused. Any help will be appreciated.
