to whoever came up with the idea to use the rose nails as a tool to evenly bake the cake!!! I did this for the first time and it worked great!!! Goodbye bake-even strips(does anyone else find they give the cake a funny smell), hello rose nails!!!!

Isn't it the greatest? I hardly ever have to trim my cakes anymore.
