Anyone know what the going rate is for Petit Fours?

Personally, I wouldn't do them for less than 2-3 dollars each, mine are 2-3 bites. They are very time consuming. Factor in your ingredient and packaging cost too. A lot depends on your area and what people are willing to pay though. Check the prices on the net too. You may not be able to get the $$$ but it gives you an idea of what others get for them. Please don't underprice yourself or you may end up hating them before it's all over. Best to you!
