I just recently had a customer ask for a filling that was named 'smores' at a previous bakery. I told her I would not have any problems making it for her, if I could find a recipe for it - so here's my cry for help icon_lol.gif

Does anyone know a recipe like this??? I've done some google searching and haven't come up with anything.

thanks!!!

Not sure if this will work, but if you don't get anything reliable, you could try to melt a bag of marshmallows, and thin it out with crisco or something so it won't pull the cake apart while you are spreading it on, and then add some chocolate chips and graham crackers. It may work?

Maybe do what sgilmer suggests but use marshmallow fluff to spread easier (?).
