I need something like this http://www.pastrychef.com/MINI-CAKE-CARDBOARD_p_11-1014.html but that will fit a 12 cut slice of a 10" cake (5x2.6"). I have looked ALL OVER THE INTERNET for a gold or silver rectangle or wedge cardboard or black plastic tray (to be disposable) in this size or anything like it with no luck. I know I have at least seen boards just like the one in the link in different shapes. Anyone have any ideas? Or know any companies that can/will manufacture something like this for me?

I would recommend www.countrykitchensa.com they have a lot of sizes to choose from.

If you get some large boards (12x18 or so) you can try taking them to your local FedEx Kinko's and have them cut down to whatever size you need.
They can't do a wedge shape but should definitely be able to cut a rectangle.

Another site to try is www.creativefoodpackaging.com

and as for boards ....

buy full size and then just cut into wedges on a good paper cutter (like the big fiskar ones they sell for scrapbooking.) -- cheaper/easier than trying to find precut ones

WOW Doug you are awesome! In the HOURS I have spent online today I haven't come across most of that. I contacted qualita, hopefully they will get back to me soon cause it looks like they have A LOT of things that I can use!

If anyone else has any other ideas, I am still all ears icon_smile.gif
