Does anyone know where I can find Tylose? Is that an ingredient you can find at a grocery store or do you have to go to a craft store? Also how about a Plystyrene Former, and a sugar gun as seen in "The Icing on the Cake" slide show about making faces?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! I'm just getting started in making cakes, and I think these 3D models are the BEST!!! icon_biggrin.gif

I don't know about the sugar gun or the polystyrene, but you can find Tylose poweder at intotheoven.com. I don't think they'd carry it at a grocery store.

Here's a link for ya:

The polystyrene formers are by CelCakes and can be found at Global

The clay gun can be found at Beryl's

There are other similar guns made for polymer clay that can be bought at Michael's or AC Moore - much less expensive, but not the same quality.
