Hello all, I was asked to quote a price for a function at my church...it is for the care team and they are welcoming a new member...it would need to serve around 50 people so it would be a sheet cake.......How much would I charge for that much cake?

I charge a dollar/serving for basic sheet cakes, but I live in Oklahoma.....

1.25 for a plain sheet ( box mix)

A 12x18 (half sheet) will serve 54 2"x2" pieces. Currently, I charge $50 for that.
However, on October 1 my prices go up, because of the high cost of gasoline making everything else go up, and I will charge $60 for that.

Ok, sounds like 50 is a good price...for a reg. sheet cake.
