I've got to to do one TN Volunteer Orange cake next weekend and I need to know the correct version of orange to use and how to achieve the color. I've tried with just the Wilton orange and I don't think I have it right. Of course, being raised in an Arkansas and marrying into Ole Miss household I don't have much in the way of a frame of reference

HI im not to sure on how to acheive the right color , This is a thought go to your bakery or call and ask them usually they will help i was having trouble getting a pink hot pink that is and they had some i could buy(but i didnt) this may be your only option i really lucked up i took a piece of ribbon with me to Michaels and matched it perfect with the Rose color , but the bakery will help u most of the time .
