Can you put 50/ 50 gum paste mmf in the frig.. will it make it soft?? I want to put a cake in the refrigerator but I don't want it to collapse. It's the the six pack cake in my photos. TIA

I haven't worked with MMF but I am 100% positive that gumpaste is a quick dry/set product. I also know that a refrigerator keeps things cold by taking moisture out of the air, so I think that as long as it is not sweltering where you have the cake now it wont even sweat when you put it in the refrigerator. I don't think any type of icing we use will be destroyed by placing it in the fridge. I hope this helps icon_biggrin.gif
