Pumpkin Cake?? Help

I understand that people have done pumpkin cakes putting two bundt cake pans together but what goes in the hole???? icon_biggrin.gif

When I did mine, I just left the hole empty. I used an ice cream cone for the stem and just fit it into the hole with a little icing.
