I wanted to make and decorate some cookies for a family gtg on sunday. I keep a lot of flour, butter and sugar in the house so I figured I had enough of everything. I creamed the butter and the sugar, mixed in the egg and then I had to add the flour.....shoot! I only had about 200g in the main flour box and I was able to mix in other bags of all purpose flour but I was still 80 grams short. I had some cake flour (self raising) so I put that in because I was desperate! The dough is in the fridge right now and I am hoping for the best!

Keep your fingers crossed for me!

They shoudl come out ok just a little bit poofyer (I so know that is not a real word) Cake flour is a little bit finer and has some levening in it I think. I have used it in a pinch and cookies have come out just fine.
