Hey guys

Just wanted to apologise about my thread about a programe that would help cost out the making of a cake -- it's been deleted cuz its breached the "selling between forum users" code...

I didn't originally post the thread to "sell" a programme thingy... it wasn't until after other people said that they would pay for it that it was even a consideration - I was merely seeing if anyone else would find it handy and also if there was a programme already out there that would do this for me -- would save my husband alot of work.

Apologies if I have breached any code/ethics of this forum and if I have offended anyone -- that was not my intention.

hmmmm...
it breached a selling between users code?

how can you sell something that doesn't exist?

i just thought you were getting a "show of hands" as to who would be interested.

I'm still glad you asked; it certainly sounds handy - but I realize it doesn't exist, except as a germ of an idea icon_eek.gif

FYI, I'm not offended icon_biggrin.gif

I also was not offended in the least- but I am not Jackie or Heath and we have to respect their wishes. I understand you were not trying to sell anything.

There are actually several programs available that do batch costing, and they factor in your overhead too. They are pricey ($200-$400) but well worth it if you are in business.
