Niece wants a spaghetti cake for her husbands b-day.

Problem is, he is very picky. Most use some kind of perserves or something, but I don't think he likes things like that either.

So my problem is, what else do any of you suggest to use for the sauce ?

Any tips will be appreciated. Thanks very much.

What about colored piping gel. If you took the clear piping gel you could maybe make it a red/orange color to look like sauce.

You could use Raspberry sauce or buy the pre-made strawberry glaze, made by Marie's and found in the produce department of grocery stores.

how about just using buttercream, but thin it out a bit and color it red...

How about melting candy melts? Then putting a thin layer of piping gel or some luster dust on top or something to make it shiny
