Oh man do I want a piece of that!! I love anything Pumpkin and go on a search for it as soon as fall comes around!

I have been dreaming of combining these flavors for a long time. I love pumpkin and I love cranberry and so I am trying to make something that will be really good at Thanksgiving time & at Halloween for a pumpkin cake (literally shaped like a pumpkin).

I just did a pumpkin chocolate chunk with cream cheese icing. 2 bundt pans stacked, but it didn't turn out very pretty. Tasted good though!! Hope your creation turns out pretty as well as tasty. And let me know if it's good because I would love to try it. Are you using fresh cranberries?
