When I have bought cupcakes at the bakery nearby, they just package them up in cake boxes. Good luck!

if you can get some of the large flat egg crates, the cupcakes should just sit in there (depending on the size), using every other cubby. you could give that a try. or cake boxes with non-slip mats in the bottom...

I have bought them from a bakery like this to, all they do is just package them very close so they won't fall over. I package them in a 1/4 sheet cake dome I don't buy mine from plasticcontainercity.com but you can get cake domes from there.

I have the best solution for cupcake transport...
Country Kitchen sells cupcake dividers that are made of plastic (disposable OR reusable). They come 4 in a package for about $4.00 (each divider holds 12, for a total of 48 cupcakes).

You can place 1 divider in a 9x12, or 2 in a 12x18.
They are AWESOME! I used them in Sept. for a wedding, and the cupcakes had ZERO flaws!!

Here's the website: www.countrykitchensa.com

Hope this helps!! Lindsay

Edit mine to say:
4 for $4.95

They are called "Cupcake Inserts"

The dividers are called "Cupcake Inserts"

They are truly great, and worth the money, especially if you can reuse them! icon_smile.gif

Thanks everyone. Lindsay I will have to try the inserts next time. I didn't have time to order anything this time. I took 2 1/4 sheet cake boxes and put the cupcakes on a cake board with some non stick. It worked pretty good. The only problem I had was she called last night and added 10 more to the order for today so I had a total of 60 today and I couldn't get but 29 in each box so I had two left over. I put those in a small candy box. Thanks for all the help guys!
