I live in NC and am deciding to become a Real Estate Broker.
I will be attending Gaston College. I believe I just missed registering this time around. I am waiting for them to call me back to get more info.

I was just wondering if anyone on here is a Broker and how you like it?
What companies have you worked for and who do you like working for best?
I really dont want a strict 9 to 5 job. I would like to do something that is kinda flexible. Is this something that would be flexible? I dont mind going in and out at different times, I just dont want to be tied to a set time or where I cant be around for my children.

If there is any info that any of you wonderful CC gals could pass on to me, I sure would appreciate it.

Thank you so much. icon_smile.gif

Come on ladies. Surely someone on here is a Broker.

Anybody, not just NC Brokers could pass on the process after passing the test.

Mostly wondering about the flexibility and maybe benefits.

Thanks so much.

I'm not a broker but I checked into becoming an agent in WV and when I started checking into it there is alot of hidden fees that not everyone tells you about. I couldn't afford to take the classes and all the extras so I am putting it off until a later date. (Hopefully) Things may be different there but you might want to check. Good Luck!!!
