I use this tip (link below) to put filling in my cupcakes before I decorate the cupcakes. some people just use tip 6 but I like that this tip is long and easy to put filling in cupcakes.

I use the pastry filling from country kitchen - lots to choose from.

You can use frangipane. It's a nut filling. I don't have a recipe on hand, but if you're interested I can give it to you.

I think most jams would make a good bakable filling. I haven't done it but my mom used to all the time, just for muffins for my dad.

i have the bismark tip, which i use to fill strawberries. BUT i want to elimiate having to fill the cupcakes after they are baked...i want to just put the filling in with the batter and be done with it...frost the top to cover up the little indent, decorate, and be done....

Tallulah- i would love any recipe i can bake right in the cupcake! when you get the recipe could you send it to me when you get the chance! THANKS so much
