Carved Cake Recipe?? Help Fast!!!!

I can't find my carved cake recipe and I guess I didn't save it on cc. I have searched for it but nothing pulls up. All I can remember it was duncin hines cake mix and sour cream but that's all i remember. ANy halp please!!!??? Thank you!

You can use the cake mix extender recipe which produces a dense cake.
You can also use the WASC recipe. (White Almond Sour Cream). Both can be found in the recipe forum.
another option is to add an extra egg and box of instant pudding to each box mix.

Hi Brianna
If your cake mix already has the puddong in the mix (BC) do you still add a box of instant pudding?

Christa,
Yes I do. It helps with the denseness (word??) of the cake, and adds even more to the flavor. You can even play around with the flavors... ex. use a choc mix with a cheesecake pudding, etc.
