I made and froze a cake this past Monday. I'd like to thaw it out today (Thursday) and ice it tonight so that it will be ready to decorate tomorrow (Friday) morning. The cake is not going to be cut into and eaten until Sunday. I'm leaving to go out of town tomorrow afternoon, so I'm hoping that this is not too soon to decorate, especially since BC seals the moisture in. Any thoughts?
