How Do I Turn Gray Fondant Into.....?

a different color without making it worse? May be purple? not so sure usually I end up making a color that is so bad,

try adding color to a small amount of the fondant to see what its going to turn out like. IF you are starting with a light gray it should be to hard to go to a nice dark color, but it will be a duller color then if you start with a white
