Smbc Under Fondant??

I was wondering can I use swiss meringue butter cream under my fondant instead of plain old buttercream? or is it too soft and slippery? i am filling my cake with it and was hoping not to have to make another batch of icing.

I use IMBC under fondant, no problems here.

I've used meringue buttercream under fondant. The buttercream was well chilled so it was very hard. It was very easy to put on and was very smooth.
