I intend to try the crusting cream cheese recipe this weekend and would like to know what type of decorations can you do with this recipe. Is it stiff enough for roses?

I'm not sure about roses, but I was able to do borders, the cornelli lace, I was able to color it, etc. It's a great recipe and it tastes great!!!

Giving this a bump. Does anyone know if you can make roses with this recipe?

Yes, you can do roses, just add more powdered sugar to stiffen up the icing.
