Does one recipe fill? Example - ChoRaspGanache? Enough filling for a 14" cake?

Thanks!

Could you be a bit more specific? Where are you getting your recipe from? Does it give a finished quantity?

I have made that recipe and i do believe it makes quite a bit. I usually half it (and leave out the raspberry part for plain ganche) and it is enough for an 8 inch torted 3 times, or a 10 inch torted twice usually. So i think a full recipe would be plenty if it is only 2 or perhaps 3 layers.

Yes will only be 1 14"x3" cake torted once.

Have to buy ingredients and was not sure whether or not to double the first time around!

Thanks for the help!
