I am not sure if this has been done, I am sure it has (what hasnt on this site lol) but I did a search and didnt see one recently so hopefully I am not stepping on any toes!
To the point Alicia! I know..ok so I LOVE to get free samples in the mail (it beats bills and ads for cell phone service). I use the following two sites mostly.
MySavings.com - you have to sign up but you just give them an email and address and you hear nothing more from them but they have the best system I have found, you can rate and leave comments on each sample they have linked (and boy is there a bunch of them) and its super easy!
Also I use free samples from Walmart.com (go to google type in Walmart samples and you are so there) Great stuff free!
Anyway, if anyone else does this post your fav sites.
weeklyfreebie.com is a good one to sign up with. I do surveys with mysurvey.com and you save up points for some good stuff. They sometimes link you up with manufacturers that want people to try their stuff and rate it. I got one of those 1 cup at a time coffee makers to try. I got to keep it for free just for giving them feedback. I LOVE getting freebies in the mail.
I do the walmart.com samples more than anything. I'm kind of addicted 
Another site I randomly check (well daily for their thread on mycokerewards) is spoofee.com
it has a thread that tells you when walmart updates their freebees and also other random ones that come up.
