Which one should I use to make the dough, heavey whipping cream liquid, whipping cream like Cool Whip or the whipping cream used for ice cream? I use the heavy whipping cream in a carton from the fridge section of the grocery, near the milk and half and half. It is liquid and I use it for making ice cream and pasta dishes too.
