is the dolphin made out of cake or fondant. I have a pic in my gallery of two dolphins fondant jumping out water......... If you go to galleries there is a lady who made a dolphin cake out of cakes.... I don't know if this will help you or not....

ok yeah if you go to galleries this lady made her dolphin cake and did a great job.... just type in dolphin cake and pm her.... I think her name is Freddie..... hope this helps!!!!
