Attention Magic Line 3" Cake Pans Question

Hello,
I am planning to buy Magic Line 3" cake pans and I have few questions for all of you who use 3" pans.
1- Do you have to adjust baking Temperature and Time when using 3" pans?
2- Do you use baking strips or flower nails for 3" pans in order to make sure the cake is baked evenly thoroughly?
3- Do you prefer 3" or 2" pans? and Why?
4- What sizes are most practical and useful in your opinion?
Thanks, ![]()

I love 3" pans, I prefer them over 2" always. I personally do put a flower nail in the center, but not always. And yes and there is usually less to lever off, they cook much more even than the 2".
How do you use a flower nail on a cake???? Same flower nail you use to make roses??
thanks.
Same flower nail for making roses. Place it head side down on the pan. Depending on the pan size, you may need to use more than 1 flower nail. It acts as a heat conductor to allow the middle of the cake to bake at the same time as the cake sides.
