We just bought a new camera with 7 megapixels and now I can't upload any pics to CC because the picture size is too big. Does anyone know how to resize pictures down to a smaller size so I can share them on CC again? Thanks.

site i often use:

http://www.shrinkpictures.com/

just upload pic

click

740 for the size you want
quality = best

let it do it's thing

save a copy (use different name -- I add "forum" to end) so it doesn't overwrite the original

Thank you sooooo much for the info on resizing pictures. I just did one and uploaded it to CC! I've been wondering how to do this for so long. You're the best! Thanks again...Jennifer

You can probably change the size of your picture as well in the camera. I have a Canon..while it's on I can press the function button and arrow down to the last thing that is a letter and a number. These are the sizes of the photos : S, M1, M2, and L. You might want to do this first before uploading your photos. This feature also helps for if you want a larger photo that you may send out and blow up later!
Hope this helps!
(you can also use your Adobe or any picture editor on your computer and do a resize in there as well)

I'm going to look at my camera to see the options there too. Thanks!
