Hi, well, I just realized today, after adding pudding to my cake mix for years, that there are diffent presentations icon_surprised.gif (duhh!!) The box is the same size but some come with 1 oz. others with 1.5 oz and others with 3.4 oz. I have no clue which one I've used in the past since they all are the same size (box), it is just the baggie inside that changes (slightly changes). So I was wondering if anybody could help me and light up my brain!! I just got today some of the 3.4 oz boxes and now I'm afraid I'm gonna add too much pudding to 1 cake mix.
Help please! icon_cry.gificon_redface.gificon_cry.gificon_redface.gificon_cry.gif

I think it depends on the type of pudding. For instance, chocolate is heavier than vanilla, coconut is heavier than chocolate, etc. The Cake Mix Doctor always says 1 small box. I find mine do better if I add only 1/2 box.

Hi, I always use either vanilla, french vanilla or white chocolate. Do you know what would happen if I add the whole 3.4 oz? Thanks so much!
