Dh was asked to do a cake for a going away party tomorrow afternoon. It is for a coworker. So around lunch time I put it in the oven. Just a 12x18 yellow cake. I put in 2 flower nails and bake it at 325. I wasnt even thinking and went to take it out of the oven...I DIDNT EVEN CHECK IT 
As soon as I pulled it out I watched the middle sink. Just like watching a balloon deflate. I looked at the clock...it had only been in for about 30 min SO guess what I get to do tonight after the baby is picked up...yup bake a new cake. What a waste!!
