Hi Cady,
That would depend on how chocolaty you want the icing. I've done this recipe and I usually add about 3 - 4 melted chocolat squares to a double batch of bc (that's the Wilton recipe). You may have to adjust your icing sugar somewhat to achieve the desired consistency. Good luck ![]()
