Is It Possible To Fill A Wondermold Cake And Other ????'s

So my mom is having a Halloween party this friday, the thirteenth and asked me to bring a cake. My eldest son (6yrs) bought me the wondermold pan to make barbie cakes, but well we have all boys in the family so that's not likely to happen any time soon. SO I was thinking of making a witch out of it and have a couple questions.
- First off, is it possible to tort it and fill it at least once? I'm using the pick for the doll but I don't want it to fall apart either.
- Also I know I need to use a pound cake recipe but are there any other hints or tips I should know before I bake it?
I appreciate any help you've got to give.
Hi, I have made a Doll cake using the wondermold pan and used a recipe out of the Cake Mix doctor without any problems. The only thing I would recommend is that you cook it on 325 degrees for more time (sorry, I can't remember how long it took). And I also doubled the recipe but did not use the entire 2 batches. I just filled it 3/4 way full. I also torted it once and let it settle in the refrigerator before I covered it in BC, then fondant to avoid it shifting.

Yes, I have torted and filled the wondermold, and it worked fine. I would just recommend that you use a thick icing dam, and a not-too-sllppery filling.
The wondermold also makes a good mountain. I did a variation of the "Over the Hill" cake on the box, and it came out cute.
I did an amusement park cake, which used the wondermold as the base for the tracks on which the roller coaster cars (made out of wafer cookies with mini-M&M wheels and faces made out of smarties with RI features) went. I wish I had a picture of that cake.
Come to think of it, as a mother of a son, with six nephews, I don't think I've ever used that pan as a doll.

She looks awesome. I too hope nothing happens to her overnight.
