Wondering How You Do Fbct

I have searched the forums trying to find out how to do this. There were like 2,348 posts and I just wasn't getting anywhere. Could someone please explain to me how you do this.

I tried the CT last night and think once I practice I will get good at it, but I haven't tried the FBCT.

Thanks for the link. I have been trying the CT transfers and am getting better. I really enjoy doing them but would also like to do the FBCT's. You guys are so helpful.
