I'm in need of some ideas for a brunch-time open house that I'm having next weekend. I'm looking for some recipes/ideas for brunch "finger foods." There's not enough table space for everyone, so people will be eating/balancing their plates on their laps, etc. so I'm looking for things that can bea easily eaten. So far I've come up with mini quiches, mini muffins, and fruit....

Any ideas that you have would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!!!

What about pigs in a blanket? Little Smokies wrapped in pillsbury crescent rolls and baked, YUM!!! Also, sausage balls are really good finger food.

Chicken salad puffs. I've made these so many times and people love them!
