Help Me Make This Decision (Nothing To Do With Cakes)

I am stuck in a decision making process...
I have been offered a job that will completely uproot my family. If I take it,for the next 6 - 9 months we will have to really, seriously cut back on expenses and fun stuff, no cable, internet, gymnastics...we will have to move...my husband will have to find a new job and the kids a new school...
BUT!!!
It is a GREAT opportunity for me and I after the probation period I will be making a LOT more money. It is a dream job for me and good salary and super benefits. We would be moving to an area where my DH would have LOTS more job opportunities and would be near some friends...
What do you all think?
I don't have a clue, kind of a big scary decision. What does your hubby and family think?
He wants me to be happy and if moving does that, than he will...

Do you all own a home, will you have to sell?
So you will be on probation for 9 months maybe? Anychance they will cut you after that for no reason or do they seem like they will keep their word?
How old are your kids?
Tough decision for your family...
My kids are 10 and under. They actually WANT to move. This is so hard
