Online Shops Using Paypal...does Anyone Know

PayPal has a thing (it might still be in beta, I'm not sure. I just got an invitation one day) where it will give you a one time "credit card" number that you can use on any site, and it will just come out of your PayPal account. I just used it the other day to pay for medical record copies, and it was super easy! I just installed it on my computer, and now I have a little icon in my menu bar. If I have a page on which I want to use it, I just click the button. It fills the whole page out for me.
It is a whole virtual credit card thing, with an expiration date, and the whole shebang!
Anyway, if you can download it, you can use your PayPal account anywhere that will accept a credit card.
i love www.intotheoven.com! i use my paypal account to buy from them. they have a great selection, fast shipping and good prices. i think paypal is issuing debit cards for accounts older than 60 days. mine is too new to apply, but i can't wait to. they mail the card to you and you can use it just like any bank card.
Thank you Karen!! I sure didn't know that, wish they would of told me that in all the shabang ya have to fill out in the beginning! You were very helpful!
Like I said, it might still be in beta. I got the invite a couple of months ago, but I just used it for the first time last week. It might not be available to everybody yet, but we've had our paypal account for years. I'd definitely look for it if I were you, though.
