For those of you in the area of a Sam's Club, I'd like to know if you prefer the Sam's whipped icing or Rich's Bettercream (if you've tried both of course). I'm just wondering which one would be better to purchase. I usually make all of my icings from scratch but I like the ida of these being dairy free, that way I don't have to worry about refrigeration. Thanks!

I've used Rich's and its pretty good.
But as for whipped icings, I LOVE the Whimsical Bakehouse buttercream. If you use Sweetex hi ratio, its just like whipped. I just made it yesterday for the first time with the Sweetex and its absolutley fantastic!!!
Light, creamy, not sweet, pipes great, the taste if awesome......
I have made it in the past w/o hi ratio and its just not the same. icon_biggrin.gif

I have not tried Sam's club.

I wonder what Costco uses.

Yeah, a couple of the members have said that Sam's sells anything that they use. So you should be able to go to the bakery and ask for it. I haen't done it as of yet but I may! CC members also say they get their boards and stuff there too.
