Hi everyone! Asking for opinions here. I never seem to get this right. I have a fashion gala I'm doing a table for with two decorated fake cakes and a real one for raffle. I also want to do sample slices. There are 300 expected. How much cake and how big should I slice? When I do these things I either have so much left over or not quite enough to go around...Help?

when i make samples i usually make cupcakes. these are easier to get rid of after a show because no one wants a half eaten cake but everyone loves cupcakes!
