Any Pistachio Cake Or Filling Recipes?

Hi,
I have pistachio is all the hype these days and am eager to try some cake and or filling recipes. Also do you make pistachio cake WITH pistachio fillling or do you do a different kind if cake and filling?
Any would be appreciated!

I would imagine you could make a nice pistaschio filling by add pistaschio instant pudding mix (dry) to any buttercream recipe.....it's awesome mixed in whipped cream!!! I don't see why you couldn't go ahead and add some of the pudding mix to a plain white cake mix too!!! would be delicious

Last week I made a two tiered pistachio cake and filled it with bavarian cream. The customer called to tell me that the cake was devoured and everyone loved the flavor combo!

Oh... I tried a pistachio cake the other day. I used a white cake mix and added my normal stuff and then a box of pistachio pudding. I don't think it tasted all that great. There must be a better way!!!
