I made two batches of MMF tonight for a cake I'm doing on Friday. This MMF is going to be for a bow so I wanted it to dry a little harder. I meant to add gum tex to it but as I was sitting here thinking about it I realize I added meringue powder by accident! icon_redface.gif

Is it still good do you think?

It was so much harder this time kneading it too. I was trying to figure out what was going on icon_rolleyes.gif

I don't know, because I have never made MMF.

Here's a bump, though. icon_smile.gif

Basically you added egg white to marshmellow - I would think it might taste bad.... marshmellows don't cost too much and it doesn't take too long to make - so I'd start over. Egg white and gumpaste are not the same thing......

Taste it and see what it tastes like. Don't like the taste, then get rid of it, and try again. icon_sad.gif
