The first question. What is something that you want really bad, or are saving up for.
Second question. What is something that you just can't live without and makes baking or decorating so much easier or fun?

I just bought a Roul Pat mat and absolutely love it!
I'm saving for a bunch of Silpats now!

Saving up for most everything! I am a newbie so I have very very very limited decorating supplies. First saving up thingy will be my Kitchen Aid.

What I can't live without, my rotating cake stand. I just got it and did not realize how much I needed it!!!

I want another KitchenAid, an edible image printer, an airbrush and a sheeter. I want a sheeter SUPER bad, but I think they're upwards of 3K.

Things I can't do without? My Kitchenaid mixer, my vinyl sheets, and of course...Cake Central!

Saving up for: A DETACHED, completely new, state of the art, professional kitchen (We'll see how that goes... the account is growing, but have to get 'buy-in' from hubby, haven't mentioned it yet)

Can't live without: The 'twins' (KA mixers), my edible printer set-up (could probably live without it in a pinch, but why try?) my foam roller, (seriously, check out my posts on this one) and the infinite support and knowledge I've found on CC!!

1) can't do with out my honey, he keeps me sane, makes icing, encourages me and makes me laugh while we do cakes. Pours the tequila when we finish!

2) Saving up to go to culinary school.

Melvira
He took the Wilton courses ( 1 & 2 ) with me, did better than I did with the flowers and his writing is excellent. The only thing I can do is roses, so we work on all projects together. Of course we only do for family and friends right now. So yes he does icing, wish I had filmed the first time he made icing, looked like it was snowing in the kitchen. He had powdered sugar every where! His eyebrows, eyelashes ect. When he finally got the icing done he lifted up the mixer without turning off and needless to say after I stopped rolling on the floor and lmao I was cleaning up icing all night long. I am lucky he has a good sense of humor and laughs along with me.
By the way I absolutley love the job you did on flannel shirt.

That is so sweet Dolfin!! You guys are like cake tag team!! LOVE THAT!! My DH is great for a delivery... but that's where it ends. He usually won't even EAT it!! He's not much for sweets. I guess that's better than him hanging in the kitchen snitching all the time! icon_lol.gif

Thanks for your feedback on the flannel!!
