In my shop I do decorated cakes,weddings whatever but because the holidays are so busy I donot take decorated cake orders the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas.This is the time of the year were you can make enough money to hold you over for months.So with that said........if you can make a good pie......make the pies.Because not matter what you do YOU CAN NOT PLEASE everyone! and there is enough business to go around( small town or big town! )
I sell pies, cakes,cheesecakes and cookies.every year I put out a holiday menu in addition to my regular menu.Last year I hosted a holiday open house were people could come in --See and Sample my holiday menu.Best advertisement to date.............needless to say it is an annual event now.(and it is so much fun)
